Faranaaz en Jaime waren vanaf het begin fantastisch! Ze waren geduldig, duidelijk en attent op onze vragen en vragen. Ze geven al onze documenten op in de exacte volgorde waarin de ambassade ze zou willen hebben, en als er aanvullende vragen waren, beantwoordden ze snel en nauwkeurig.
Even during COVID, we were able to keep momentum going, and when the critical skills list was updated, they informed me what needed to be done. As a result, no surprises on date of submission!

Ik werk nu al meer dan 6 jaar bij de Intergate Immigration Service en zij hebben gedurende deze periode een aantal vergunning-/visumdiensten uitgevoerd voor mijn vrouw en mij.
Ze zijn een uitstekend bedrijf om mee samen te werken. Ze zijn georganiseerd, zeer professioneel en weten waar ze het over hebben. Pas als je aankomt bij het visumaanvraagkantoor, begin je echt te begrijpen hoezeer je zo'n dienst nodig hebt.
Mijn recente inzending in het VK werd door de officier als „100% perfect” genoemd en ik kreeg mijn vergunning binnen een ongelooflijke 5 dagen terug voor iets dat officieel tot 3 maanden kan duren. Intergate heeft een uitstekende aandacht voor detail en ik hou van de manier waarop u documenten doorlopend naar hen verzendt totdat alles is afgevinkt en alleen dan wordt u afgemeld voor indiening.
Als klap op de vuurpijl vind ik hun tarieven ook niet slecht, gezien de hoeveelheid klantenzorg die je krijgt.

Ik begon de Intergate Immigration Service te gebruiken toen ik in 2019 in Zuid-Afrika aankwam. Daar kwam ik voor het eerst Jaime Catala tegen, die al het mogelijke heeft gedaan om me te helpen bij het aanvragen en nu ontvangen van mijn permanente verblijfsvisum.
Hij heeft me niet alleen het proces uitgelegd (en zoals ik nu weet dat het proces eindeloos kan veranderen dankzij het ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken), hij was altijd beschikbaar om al mijn vragen en zorgen op een vriendelijke en behulpzame manier te beantwoorden.
Omdat Intergate er niet in slaagde mijn PR-visum binnen de door de DoHa voorgestelde termijn te verkrijgen, heeft Intergate de DoHa vervolgens namens mij voor de rechter gedaagd (twee keer!) , en ik ben nu verheugd te kunnen zeggen dat ik de trotse houder ben van dat PR-visum, waardoor ik en mijn familie alle stress heb weggenomen.
Ik twijfel er niet aan dat ik zonder de hulp van Jaime en andere agenten bij Intergate nu NIET in het bezit zou zijn van mijn PR-visum. Ik kan ze niet genoeg aanbevelen.
